The data used to create the graphs consists of the company's total returns, a broad market index, and a peer index. This information is compliant with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) 10K disclosure rules.

Note: CRSP Total Return Indices data may only be used internally by the company for whom the data is requested. It may not be distributed in part, or in whole by a company other than CRSP without the appropriate license with CRSP. If you are using the data for a purpose other than to produce your own proxy graphs, i.e., in a for-profit product, you are violating your CRSP Total Return Indices licensing agreement and should contact CRSP for the appropriate usage license.
The data files, designed to help you with your 10K SEC filing, are available in ASCII and can be imported into a spreadsheet or database for additional processing. The graphs are delivered in portable document format (pdf), and graphics interchange format (gif).
