The registration fee per attendee:

September 1 - October 31:
Academic, Government & Presenters: $350
Corporate: $650
Students:  $150 (paper sessions only)

The onsite registration fee per attendee is:

Academic/Government: $400
Corporate: $700
Students: $150 (paper sessions only)

Registration fees include conference materials, sessions, and networking events including two luncheons, a cocktail reception, and continental breakfasts.

The pre-Conference registration deadline is October 31, 2008. Following the
pre-conference deadline, onsite registration fees apply. Early registration is recommended, as space is limited. Late registrations cannot be guaranteed acceptance. All sessions are subject to change.

Note: No refunds will be made for cancellations after October 1, 2008. All cancellation requests prior to October 1 are subject to a $75 processing fee and must be in writing. Please fax your cancellation request to Forum at (312) 263-6430 or email forum@crsp.chicagogsb.edu.
